This is an update pertaining to the KCFiber outage experienced today, Tuesday, August 28, 2018. We lost our primary transit provider due to a Sprint outage. We have mitigated the issue by rerouting the traffic through our backup transit provider. All peering and local inter-connectivity remained online. We are currently 100% online while Sprint is working on the issue. If your service is still unavailable, please let us know.
